A welcoming 12-week creative journey designed to help participants discover their voices, shape their experiences, and turn meaningful memories into stories that can become part of their legacy. This is a Healing Pathways Wellness Initiative event supported by New Hope Church.

Wild Heart, Shaped for Story — Registration Is Still Open!
Our in-person 12-week writing journey, Wild Heart, Shaped for Story: A 12-Week Creative Journey to Free Your Voice & Craft Your Truth, also begins Saturday, September 5, from 1:00–3:30 pm at New Hope Church, 7625 89 Street NW, Edmonton.
We currently have interest from as many as seven potential participants, so a wonderful little writing community may already be taking shape. There is still room to join us.
You do not need to be a professional writer. You don’t need a manuscript, and you don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to write.
You need to have lived a life.
During the first six weeks, The Wild Heart, we will work to free our creative voices, move beyond the inner critic, and discover the stories waiting to emerge. During the second six weeks, Shaped for Story, we will begin giving those words structure and shape.
The cost is $30 per session, with all course materials provided at no additional cost. As with EEAA, financial difficulty should not keep anyone away. Some can pay the full amount, some will contribute more than their share, and some may need financial accommodation. Please talk with us. You will not be turned away simply because you cannot afford the full fee.
