A welcoming, inspiring gathering designed to spark creative expression, reflective writing, meaningful conversation, and personal growth — drawing on the transformative principles from The Artist's Way. A supportive space perfect for both newcomers and seasoned creatives.

  • What to bring: A journal (and your open heart!)
  • Tea and coffee provided

Saturday, May 30 — Emotive Expressive Adventures – A Healing Creative Journey | 1:00–3:30 PM

Facilitated by Dr. Martina Keast, Spiritual Wellness Coach & Expressive Arts Practitioner.

A gentle, trauma-informed 12-week creative healing program for survivors of sexual abuse and/or traumatic life events — a safe, supportive space to explore healing through art, reflection, and connection.

What to expect:

  • A safe and supportive environment
  • Creative expression through art and reflection
  • Trauma-informed guidance
  • Opportunities for healing, growth, and connection

Contribution: Recommended $30/session | Minimum $10/session. Charitable receipts available. Spaces are limited.
