VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Loaves & Fishes, Sunday, November 1

Team 4 needs your help, and we’re asking you to commit.

Loaves & Fishes (Fellowship Ministry) is on for November 1, and Team 4 is two people short. Sabrina’s family has stepped up to provide the meal, but we don’t want the whole meal resting on their shoulders. Marcia is providing dessert. With Parry and Angie no longer with our church, we need two more members of our church family to join the team.

Please consider placing your name on the list. Contact Margaret at 780 902-6611. She is organizing our volunteers and will help you find a spot that suits you.

A Word on Sunday

Pastor Alan and Pastor Catherine received a heartfelt speech from Robyn, cards and flowers presented by Holly, and a financial contribution from many of the congregants.

We also said congratulations and goodbye to Dr. Parry and Angie Stelter. Parry’s work as a coach is with the CRC Church, where he will be ordained. We are grateful for the time they have been part of our church family, and we wish them many blessings in their new calling and ministry.
